1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Biz Stream IT's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

Biz Stream IT provides:

• Website development and design services
• AI automation and workflow setup
• Digital marketing and lead generation
• Custom CRM and software development
• Ready-to-use templates and digital assets

3. Pricing & Payments

One-time Services: Full payment is required before work begins unless otherwise agreed. All one-time purchases are final.

Monthly Subscriptions: Billed monthly in advance. You may cancel anytime with 30 days notice. No cancellation fees.

Custom Projects: A deposit (typically 50%) is required to begin. Final payment due upon completion.

All prices are in British Pounds (£ GBP). Taxes may apply based on your location.

4. Refund Policy

One-time digital assets: Due to their digital nature, templates, prompts, and blueprints are non-refundable after download.

Custom services: Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If work has not begun, a full refund is available. Once work has started, partial refunds may be offered based on completed work.

Monthly subscriptions: No refunds for partial months. Cancellation stops future billing.

5. Delivery Timeline

Digital assets: Instant download after purchase.

Websites & custom work: Typical delivery within 7-21 days depending on project scope. Delays may occur due to client response time.

AI automations: Setup within 7-14 days after initial consultation.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information for service delivery
• Respond to requests in a timely manner
• Not use our services for illegal activities
• Respect intellectual property rights

7. Intellectual Property

Digital assets: You own the files after purchase. You may use them for personal or commercial projects. You may not resell or redistribute them as your own.

Custom work: Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Our brand: You may not use our logo, name, or trademarks without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Biz Stream IT is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time. For active subscriptions, you will be notified of significant changes.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in UK courts.
